The way to select and buy a property in France is different from most other countries, our role is to help you, advise you and guide you through the entire acquisition process. In France, the estate agent plays a larger role in the transaction and deals with most of the preparing of the legal documents for the Notaire, who is the state appointed representative. Choice of location is paramount to start your search and to narrow down your choice, as the Aude is a beautiful department that spreads from the Mediterranean Sea all the way to the agricultural meadows of the Lauraguais, and through the Corbieres vineyards to the foothills of the Pyrenees. Our agency is located in the heart of the Aude, in Limoux, ideally situated 1 hour from the beach, ski slopes, 20 minutes from Carcassonne and its airport, as well as around 1 hour from Toulouse and its international airport.The climate of Limoux is Mediterranean, with warm and dry summers as well as cool winters with little rainfall. Limoux is known to have a microclimate, benefiting from a lot of sunshine, a beautiful Indian summer and where the air quality is great.

From the winemaking estate to the authentic Circulade village house, Limoux and its surrounding area has all types of assets which will charm you.
